The steps to enjoying Monjayaki are simple:

Check the temperature of the griddle, add oil and place the cabbage and other ingredients separately on it.Next, mix and fry the ingredients to form a donut-shaped mound.Pour the stock into the center and when it becomes sticky, mix the ingredients from the inside.At this point, add the mentaiko and other ingredients, break up the banks and mix everything together.Finally, spread it thinly and sprinkle with toppings to finish.Eat it while flipping over the burnt bits around the edges.
